Sometimes having one big lab/library is a good thing. Today we had 1st graders pick out a library book and read aloud, using their iPads to record and get feedback on their reading. We took videos and used Dragon dictation. As a note to other teachers, Dragon did not work very well. There was too much ambient noise from the other students. The videos, on the other hand, were rather clear. |
