In order to help our 2nd graders master the order of events in a communion mass, they created timelines showing all the different parts of the mass.  We used the Read/Write/Think online timeline builder.

1. Create a new timeline and call it "First Communion"
2. Add in each part of the mass. For each...
1. Title: The name of that part
2. Short description: What happens during that part
3. Full description: Write more about that part of the mass. Think of and answer a who, what, when, where, why, or how question about that part.
3. Arrange your parts to look nice.
4. Fast Finishers may add some images to their timeline.
5. Print
